OrderFantastic food with some of the best ribs I have ever had. The smokey flavor was so rich that when I licked my fingers I could still taste it. I normally use extra BBQ sauce with my ribs but the sauce they had in them was so good that I didn't even use extra sauce. The corn bread was great. The pickles were not homemade so skip those.
Best burnt ends I've ever had!! What a wonderful barbecue spot, the woman helping us was so friendly and welcoming. The inside is very nice and clean, and the food gets to you extremely fast! I wish I would have taken pictures of the food but me, and my entire family were extremely happy with the food! The awards on the wall are clearly well deserved
Best ribs and brisket I've ever had. I got the ribs/mac n cheese/salt potatoes. My wife got the brisket sandwich/corn muffin/ fried salt potatoes. It filled me up perfectly and was AMAZING! The lady working the register was extremely friendly.
We used Blackhart BBQ to cater my fathers 74th Birthday! The owner was exceptionally easy to work with and helped us make decisions based on our needs. For 14 people we ordered Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Baked Beans, Salt Potatoes, and Corn Muffins. We definitely had food left over, but we sent it home with guests and finished the leftovers the next day. The price point and amazing food were perfect and I enjoyed a day with family rather than hours of preparation and presentation. THANK YOU Blackhart! We will be back!
Had only heard good things about this place from other locals, and I'm so glad we stopped in today! The smashed and fried salt potatoes were legit - next time I've gotta try them loaded. The BBQ is flavorful and juicy even before sauce is added - we got the brisket and the pulled pork - and the sandwiches are huuuge! Will absolutely be a new regular spot for us in Palmyra, 13/10 would absolutely recommend!!
