This was our first competition. This one started it all. We won 1st place for ribs, 7th place for chicken, 10th place for brisket, 11th place for pork, and 3rd place overall.
The Great Catskill Mountain BBQ Fest held at Fleischmanns Park in Catskills, New York. We placed 4th for ribs, 7th for pork, 9th for chicken, and 7th for brisket. Learn more about the festival here.

July 29 - The Great Adirondack BBQ Festival in Old Forge, New York. We won 7th place for chicken and 15th overall.

August 27 - The Great Catskill Mountain BBQ Fest. We placed 4th for ribs, 7th for pork, 13th for chicken, 13th for brisket, 7th for people's choice charity ribs, and 9th overall.
September 23 - Oinktoberfest in Clarence, New York. We placed 1st for ribs, 3rd for chicken, 8th for brisket, 16th for pork, and 3rd overall.
May 5 - BBQ In The Valley. Jamestown, New York. We placed 4th for ribs, 9th for pork, 12th for brisket, 17th for chicken, and 5th overall.
July 9 - The I Love Barbecue and Music Festival in Lake Placid, New York. We sold out Friday and Saturday for the Best Ribs in the East People’s/Buck a Rib Choice Award contest. We had a solid cook for the KCBS contest on Sunday. We placed 3rd for chicken, 13th for ribs, 5th for pork, 15th for brisket, and 5th overall out of 39 teams.
July 23 - We placed 9th for pork, 7th for brisket, 19th for ribs, 13th for chicken, and 9th overall at The Ribs, Rhythm, and Blues Festival in Auburn, New York.
September 23 - Oinktoberfest in Clarence, New York. We placed 10th for chicken, 28th for ribs, 16th for pork, 11th for brisket, and 12th overall out of 51 teams.
